Te organise large scale webinars for any skillset and bring the potential candidate on a single web based platform. We facilitate the leadership team of the client to address the forum sharing their in-depth insights on the future with the organisation, their role and be a part of workshop. We follow that event with the recruitment process. 

BACKSTAGE ACTIVITIES FROM LAUNCHIO FOR THE WEBINAR

• Sourcing – With buffer candidates ie., more than the expected footfall for Webinar (We go with 160% of the intended number of attendees)  
• Engaging the candidates throughout the lead time (until the webinar scheduled day)
• Ensuring Footfall and providing technical assistance to the candidates while joining the webinar  
• Following up and coordinating the entire recruitment process after the conclusion of the webinar  
• Further coordination with the recruitment team of the client after the interview process/selection  
• Online survey (customized with questionnaire approved by the client) – We use survey monkey (can be advised)  
• Reporting – Daily line up for Webinar to final report submission on attendance
